Cordon Bleu Ham and Cheese Rollups

Sandra's Chicken Cordon Bleu is wrapped in ham, swiss cheese and pastry dough for a crispy treat! Serve this recipe sliced as an appetizer or whole as a main dish. It is perfect for a party appetizer or a dinner for the kids.

Ingredients

    1 – 10 oz. pkg Sandra's Chicken Cordon Bleu

  • 2

    2 pre-made pastry dough sheets

  • 3

    6 slices of ham

  • 4

    6 slices swiss cheese

  • 5

    2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

  • 6

    Butter for brushing on top of pastry

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare Sandra's Chicken Cordon Bleu according to package directions

    Spread the dough sheets out on a clean surface and spread 1 Tbsp. of Dijon mustard on each pastry sheet

  • 3

    Cover each pastry sheet with 3 slices of ham

  • 4

    Cover the ham layer with 3 slices of swiss cheese on each pastry sheet

  • 5

    Once chicken is cool, carefully place the chicken entrée on the layered pastry dough and roll it up around the chicken entrée. Trim any additional dough that spills over the entrée. Brush with butter

    Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown

  • 7

    Serve whole or slice into 1" pieces.
