Sandra's Fettuccine Alfredo

Sandra's Chicken, Broccoli and Swiss combines with rich alfredo sauce in this family dinner that is sure to please even the pickiest eaters. Our whole-grain breaded stuffed chicken entree is the perfect addition to a quick Alfredo dinner that also includes California Blend vegetables and fresh cracked pepper.

Ingredients

    8 oz. (1 cup) Frozen California Blend Vegetables

  • 3

    8 oz. uncooked fettuccine pasta

  • 4

    1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 5

    1 jar (15 oz.) Alfredo sauce

  • 6

    Fresh cracked pepper for garnish

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare Sandra's Chicken, Broccoli & Swiss according to package directions

    After chicken is fully cooked, allow to cool slightly. Carefully cut into 1/2-inch slices

    Meanwhile, cook and drain fettucine according to package directions

    While the chicken is baking, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and sauté for 5-10 minutes, stirring often

    Stir in Alfredo sauce and sliced chicken and heat through

  • 6

    Add cooked fettuccine and toss to coat with sauce

  • 7

    Garnish with fresh cracked pepper, to taste
