Sandras Cordon Bleu Sandwich

This easy chicken recipe serves up Sandra's Cordon Bleu on a toasted bun for a filling and delicious chicken sandwich. Add your own toppings, such as sliced tomato and mixed greens, for a quick and easy dinner.

    2 – 10 oz. pkgs Sandra's Chicken Cordon Bleu

    4 hamburger buns, toasted

    4 slices Swiss cheese

  • 4

    Sliced tomatoes

  • 5

    Mixed greens, such as Baby Spinach and Arugula

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare Sandra's Chicken Cordon Bleu according to package directions

    After chicken is fully cooked, allow to cool slightly. Slice chicken in half like a sandwich bun, being careful not to cut halves apart entirely

    Lightly toast hamburger buns

    Place one sliced Cordon Bleu entree, filling side up, on the bottom of each hamburger bun

    Layer Swiss cheese, tomato, and mixed greens
