Sandra's Creamy Jalapeño Chicken and Artichoke Bites

Sandra's Creamy Jalapeno stuffed chicken entrees aren't just an excellent main dish –they make a great appetizer too! Paired with three different cheeses and artichoke hearts then baked in wonton wrappers, these bite-sized delights will have guests coming back for more of this delicious appetizer that provides just the right amount of heat.

Ingredients

    32 (3x3-inch) Wonton Wrappers

    8 oz. Cream Cheese

  • 4

    1/2 cup (2 oz) Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • 5

    1/2 cup (2 oz) Shredded White Cheddar Cheese

  • 6

    1 (14-oz) can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped

  • 7

    1 small Jalapeño Pepper, diced

  • 8

    1/2 tsp. Salt

    Prepare Sandra's Chicken, Creamy Jalapeño entrees according to the package instructions

    While the chicken is baking, coat 32 miniature muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray and gently press 1 wonton wrapper into each prepared cup, allowing the edges to extend above the cups. Put in the oven with the chicken and bake for 2 minutes

    Combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, artichoke hearts, jalapeño pepper and salt in a large bowl and mix well

    When the chicken is done, remove from the oven and let cool enough to touch. Chop up into small pieces, and then mix into the cream cheese mixture

    Spoon the mixture evenly into each cup and bake for about 15 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Serve warm
